Why Polaris exists

Specialty manufacturers make products that solve specific industrial problems exceptionally well — but their best prospects are engineers and procurement leaders inside companies running equipment their products would help. Reaching those people takes patience, industry context, and consistency. Most manufacturers’ sales teams are stretched thin already.

Polaris helps. We identify companies whose equipment profile matches our client’s product fit, draft technically grounded introductions, send them at modest volume, and route any reply directly to our client’s territory rep. Cold outbound becomes warm conversation; the manufacturer’s sales team only spends time on the prospects who indicated interest.

How we operate

Every Polaris message is sent from automation.global@polarisoutbound.com with the client clearly identified in the body and footer. The recipient knows it is Polaris reaching out on the manufacturer’s behalf. We do not impersonate sales reps. We do not hide our identity. When a recipient replies, the conversation is forwarded directly to the manufacturer’s local territory rep. Polaris pauses the sequence and the conversation continues human-to-human between the recipient and the client’s team. We stay informed for reporting; we are not in the conversation path.

Compliance

  • CAN-SPAM:every email identifies the sender, names the represented company, includes a physical mailing address, and offers a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored within one business day — usually instantly.
  • GDPR / Canadian CASL: we operate on legitimate B2B-interest grounds. Recipients have the right to object, unsubscribe, or request data deletion at any time via privacy@polarisoutbound.com.
  • Suppression list:any address that opts out is permanently suppressed across every client we represent — not just the one whose email triggered the unsubscribe.
  • Volume: we cap daily send volume per sender during domain warmup and cap permanently per industry to avoid over-saturating prospect inboxes.
